Both. For well-scoped projects (landing pages, integrations, MVPs) I prefer fixed-price — it's cleaner for everyone. For ongoing work, consulting, or exploratory builds, hourly works better. We'll figure out what fits your project.
Yes — I typically ask for 50% upfront and the remaining 50% on delivery. For larger engagements, we can work out a milestone-based payment schedule that keeps both sides comfortable.
